Extended Angular Offset:

This offset is an angular offset variant in which a piece of pipe is introduced between the 90-degree elbow and the elbow section with the aim of achieving simultaneous displacement in the horizontal and vertical directions with a different pipe inclination angle of 45 degrees. This offset is used when space constraints prevent the use of a traditional 45-degree offset, as shown in the pipe on the left side of the attached photo.
